Elections

Emissaries Prime are elected two ways:

• Internal election (Emissary vote)

• General election (Community vote)

The internal election happens before near the end of each term. EPs score each other in terms of relative contribution. A minority of EPs (maximum of four) are selected via Emissary vote. A majority are selected via Community vote.
