# Proposal Voting

Community votes for governance proposals are conducted with PRIME. 1 PRIME = 1 vote.

Quorum for community votes is 11% - that is the percent of circulating PRIME that must participate for validity. If a community vote fails to reach quorum, it will not be implemented. Community votes are conducted on [Snapshot](https://snapshot.org/#/echelonassembly.eth).
