Prime Drive

Prime Drives (PDs) are created by combining a Prime Key and Catalyst Drive. PDs have a max supply of 150. Their benefits are the following:
1.Receive a portion of PRIME flows from Sink Redistributions.
2.Grant one additional slot for Keys in Parallel TCG.
